《加州California》LA周邊城市景點 賞聖誕燈View Christmas lights @ 加州威尼斯/長灘威尼斯 Long Beach Venice -- Naples Island

加州Long Beach也有一個像威尼斯的地方，真的很美，它叫做Naples Island

這是一個人造小島，位在Alamitos Bay，1903年由Arthur Parson設計建造，主要分成三部份，最外面的大島，圍著中間的小島，還有左下角的Treasure Island，而且有趣的是，這邊街道的名字都是義大利文，小島的最中央是Naples Island，街道放射狀向外延伸

There is a very pretty place in Long Beach which is just like Venice. It is called Naples Island. Naples Island is a man-made island, located in Alamitos Bay. Arthur Parson designed and built it. It has three part, the outermost big island, the surrounded small island in the center, and Treasure Island. Interestingly, the names of the streets are in Italian. 

在每年的12月，沿著canal的房子都會掛滿耶誕裝飾、燈飾，有點互相較勁的意味，這個傳統也行之超過50年，許多房子布置的非常華麗，許多人都在這時候來散步，觀賞美麗的耶誕燈飾，這邊的住戶大概也習慣被看了，許多房子窗戶很大，也沒有用窗簾遮著，可以看到人家在看電視或是做菜XD，在夜晚也是可以看到許多人坐著船，在船上用晚餐

我也是第一次來這個地方，沒看過白天的樣子

Gondola貢多拉小船

1982年開始在這邊有Gondola，所以遊客可以參加Gondola tour行程，這是美國西部八個可以乘坐Gondola的地方之一

canal兩邊都是華麗的燈飾

每年聖誕節還有Christmas Boat Parade，從1946年就開始舉辦，裝飾著耶誕燈的船航行Naples canal/ Alamitos Bay到Belmont shore

實際上看到的，比照片都還要美，值得一看的一個地方

不僅白天美，晚上在耶誕燈飾的裝飾之下，顯得更佳動人
